- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento (optional)
- 4 sliced or chopped, hard-cooked eggs
- 1 can asparagus or 1 pkg. frozen asparagus
- toast, cut diagonally
Directions

1Mix soup, milk, eggs and pimento.

2Heat through in a saucepan, stirring gently.

3In another saucepan, heat asparagus.

4Toast bread; cut diagonally.

5Place toast on plate, top with asparagus and pour on sauce.
