- 2 lb. stew meat, in 2-inch cubes
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2/3 c. sherry (white)
- 2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
- freshly ground pepper
- dash of nutmeg
- cooked noodles
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Combine all ingredients (except noodles) in Dutch oven or 3 or 4-quart casserole.

3Cover and bake 3 hours adding small amount of water if mixture becomes too thick. Serve on bed of noodles.
