- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 c. commercial sour cream
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir until smooth.

2Turn out onto lightly floured surface and pat out to 1/2-inch thickness.

3Cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter.

4Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 450° for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

5Yield: 16 biscuits.
