- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. reduced fat sour cream
- 1/4 c. skim milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a large mixing bowl, stir together the all-purpose flour and baking powder.

3Cut in the margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

4Stir in the sour cream and skim milk.

5On lightly floured surface, knead dough 8 to 10 times. Roll or pat 1/2-inch thickness.

6With 2-inch biscuit cutter, cut dough into 12 circles.

7Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. Test for doneness. Simplicity becomes spectacular.
