- 6 eggs, separated
- 1/2 lb. butter or margarine
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 1/4 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. flour
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Beat egg whites until stiff.

2Cream butter and stir in sour cream, lemon and vanilla.

3With a fork, blend together flour, sugar and baking soda. Add to butter mixture.

4Fold in the egg whites.

5Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes in greased Bundt pan.

6Cool and refrigerate.
