  • 6 eggs, separated
  • 1/2 lb. butter or margarine
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 1/4 tsp. lemon flavoring
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. flour
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Beat egg whites until stiff.

    Cream butter and stir in sour cream, lemon and vanilla.

    With a fork, blend together flour, sugar and baking soda. Add to butter mixture.

    Fold in the egg whites.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes in greased Bundt pan.

    Cool and refrigerate.
