  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2-1/2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 4 tbsp. milk
  • 1 cup sour cream

    Sift flour and cornmeal, add soda, cream of tartar, salt and sugar.
