  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. self-rising cornmeal
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 medium onion, grated (if desired)

    Melt margarine in 8-inch iron skillet in 350° oven.

    Coat pan with margarine.

    Mix all ingredients until blended.

    Pour remaining margarine into batter and mix well.
