- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. self-rising cornmeal
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 medium onion, grated (if desired)
Directions

1Melt margarine in 8-inch iron skillet in 350° oven.

2Coat pan with margarine.

3Mix all ingredients until blended.

4Pour remaining margarine into batter and mix well.

5Pour batter into hot pan and bake at 350° for about 35 minutes.
