- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped dried figs
- 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 c. (2 1/4 sticks) butter or oleo
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 2 large eggs
Directions

1Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt.

2Mix figs, nuts, cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar in a mixing bowl.

3Cream sugar and butter; beat in eggs.

4Gently beat in sour cream and vanilla; blend in flour mixture.

5Pour in oiled Bundt pan and bake at 350° for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
