- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 4 c. flour
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Scald sour cream; stir in butter, sugar and salt.

2Sprinkle yeast over warm water; mix together.

3Add eggs and flour. Refrigerate overnight.

4Divide dough in 3 equal portions.

5Roll each in a circle about 9 to 10-inches in diameter.

6Cut in pie wedges.

7Roll up to make crescent rolls.

8Dip in margarine and place on well-buttered pan.

9Let rise about 1 hour.

10Bake in 375° to 400° oven.
