  • 2 large size London broil steaks
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 large can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 c. water

Directions

  1. 1
    Place steaks in baking dish. Add water to steak.
  2. 2
    Mix sour cream and onion soup mix. Spread on top of steak. Spread mushrooms on top. Cover and bake about 3 hours at 350°.
  3. 3
    (May use roast, pork chops or chicken in place of steak.)
