- 2 c. flour (part whole wheat)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. sourdough starter
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.

2Cut in butter as for regular biscuits.

3Stir in starter until well mixed.

4Turn onto lightly floured surface; knead very lightly.

5Roll dough 1/2-inch thick and cut into small rounds.

6Place on buttered baking sheet. Bake in 425° oven for about 10 minutes.
