- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2/3 c. oil
- 4 c. flour
- 1 c. warm water
- 4 c. buttermilk (room temperature)
- 5 c. flour (more, if needed)
- 4 tsp. salt
- 8 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add oil and buttermilk and mix well (be sure oil is well blended).

3Add the 4 cups of flour and mix well.

4Then add 5 cups of flour, salt, baking powder and soda and mix well.

5Dough is ready to bake.

6Seal in airtight bowl and refrigerate.

7To bake, pinch off amount needed and bake about 20 minutes at 350°.

8Will keep about 2 months refrigerated if sealed properly.
