Ingredients

  • 3 pkg. yeast in 1 c. warm water and 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 3/4 c. oil

Directions

    Mix ingredients with 4 cups self-rising flour.

    Knead in 1 1/2 to 2 cups more self-rising flour.

    (Can be made out into rolls or placed in refrigerator at this point.)

    Make out into rolls and let rise in pan for 30 minutes.

    Bake at 400°.
