Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 3/4 c. sugar

  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1/2 c. corn oil
  • 1 c. starter
  • 6 1/2 c. Pillsbury bread flour

    Mix ingredients well.

    Put in large bowl.

    Set in oven with towel over it overnight.

    Punch down; knead and divide in 3 parts. Put in 3 oiled pans.

    Let rise 8 hours.

    Bake 25 to 30 minutes in a 350° oven.

    Brush with butter when hot.

    Cool and cut.

    Wrap good for freezer.
