- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. warm water
Directions

1Sprinkle the dry yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.

2Let stand until dissolved.

3Stir well.

4Put into a jar and cover.

5Add to other ingredients; mix well.

6Cover and let stand for 2 or 3 days at 78°.

7Stir the mixture down daily.
