  • 2 3/4 cups sourdough starter
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup pastry flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 230 Celsius.

    Place the starter, milk, eggs, and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir together and then add the flower.

    Heat a muffin tin in the oven, remove, and grease with oil. Pour in the batter and bake for 15 minutes.

    Lower the heat to 185 Celsius and bake for 15 minutes more. Remove from oven and allow to cool in the tin slightly before removing.
