- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 c. sourdough starter
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Mix together sourdough starter, salt, oil, flour and the yeast mixture.

3Stir and mix well (no kneading).

4Roll out and shape into rolls.

5Put in greased pan; cover and let rise in warm place, about 1 hour.

6Bake at 425° for about 15 minutes.
