- 3 1/2 c. unsifted strong bread flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water
Directions

1Combine flour, sugar and yeast in large bowl.

2Gradually add warm water to dry ingredients and beat until smooth.

3Cover with plastic wrap; let stand in warm place for 2 days.

4To use in a recipe, measure out amount called for in recipe and use as directed.
