Ingredients
- 1 packages active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup hot water from the tap
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 5 cup self rising flour
- 1 cup butter or shortning softened
- 2 cup milk
Directions

1Blend flour and butter with pastry cutter.

2Until butter is completely blended.

3Mix yeast water and 1 tbsp of sugar, let activate.

4Mix yeast, milk, with flour mix.

6Hint: best if allowed to refrigerator for at least 1 hours.

7Also may need to add more flour so dough may be handled, all purpose flour would be best.

8Roll out dough no thinner then 1/2 inches thick.

9Place on increased baking sheet (my favorite is the air bake sheet).

10Bake at 450 for 10 to 12 minutes.

11This dough can be refrigerated for up to 1 weeks or frozen for longer but make sure you give it time to warm up.
