- 8 oz. bulk pork sausage
- 4 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 (13 3/4 oz.) can (1 3/4 c.) chicken broth
- 2/3 c. milk
- 2 c. cubed cooked chicken
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
- 1 recipe Savory Pastry
Directions

1In saucepan, brown sausage and drain on paper towel.

2Pour out fat.

3In same pan, melt oleo.

4Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Stir in chicken broth and milk.

5Cook and stir until thickened. Cook 1 minute more.

6Add remaining; heat through.

7Top with Savory Pastry.

8Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
