- 1 c. cooked chicken, diced
- 1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All, drained
- top and bottom pie crusts
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth or 1 1/2 c. water with 2 chicken bouillon cubes
Directions

1Line pie pan with crust.

2Melt butter; add flour and stir until light brown, about 2 minutes).

3Stir in broth.

4Stir until thick. Slowly add milk stirring.

5Add salt, pepper and lemon juice.

6Cook until quite thick, about 5 minutes.

7Add chicken and Veg-All and pour in crust.

8Seal.

9Bake at 425° for 25 minutes.

10Cool 5 minutes.
