- 2 c. canned corn
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
Directions

1Combine the beaten eggs, corn, melted butter and milk.

2Stir well.

3Add the seasonings and sugar.

4Pour into a well buttered casserole; dot with butter and bake in a very slow oven (250°) for about 40 minutes or until custard has set.
