  • 2 c. canned corn
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch

Directions

    Combine the beaten eggs, corn, melted butter and milk.

    Stir well.

    Add the seasonings and sugar.

    Pour into a well buttered casserole; dot with butter and bake in a very slow oven (250°) for about 40 minutes or until custard has set.
