  • 2 c. cream-style corn
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 c. scalded milk
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • cracker crumbs
  • butter

Directions

    Beat eggs well.

    Combine with all ingredients.

    Pour into buttered casserole.

    Sprinkle with crumbs; dot with butter. Place in pan of warm water.

    Bake in a 325° oven, uncovered, 1 hour and 15 minutes.
