- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. bacon drippings
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Clean and desilk corn.

2Scrape corn from stalks.

3Get all milk and pulp out.

4Melt butter and bacon drippings in large skillet. Add remainder of ingredients.

5Simmer 30 to 45 minutes until corn thickens and is tender.

6Add more milk if too thick.
