- 1 graham cracker pie shell
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 fresh lemons (no bottled juice)
Directions

1Bake pie shell; cool.

2Mix 2 egg yellows into milk mixture. Squeeze juice from lemons into egg and milk mixture; stir well. Pour into cool pie shell.

3Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top or make meringue from egg whites and form peaks.

4Bake until meringue is lightly browned.

5Let cool in cool, dry place.
