- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 pound mushrooms sliced
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 pounds shrimp
- 1 dash sage
- 1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
Directions

1Saute mushrooms in butter lightly.

2Boil shrimp 1 minute.

4Stir remaining ingredients with mushrooms.
