- 3/4 c. cornbread stuffing mix
- 4 thin 4 oz. steaks
- 14 1/2 oz. can stewed tomatoes
- 4 oz. can green chilies, drained, rinsed and chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
Directions

1Moisten stuffing with 3 tablespoons hot water.

2Spread stuffing onto top of each steak.

3Roll up; fasten each with toothpick.

4Brown in nonstick skillet over medium heat about 6 minutes.

5Add remaining ingredients and 1/4 cup water.

6Bring to boil.

7Lower heat; simmer 20 to 30 minutes until tender.
