Breakfast Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 3 cup cold, cooked white rice
- 1/2 lb ground breakfast sausage
- 3 each eggs, lightly scrambled
- 2 each green onions, diced
- 1 tbsp Kikkoman soy sauce
Directions

1Set stove burner on medium-high.

2In large skillet, wok, or dutch oven brown the sausage.

3Drain, reserving fat.

4In same skillet, cook eggs until just set.

5Remove.

6In same skillet, add 2 tablespoons pork fat(if you don't have enough, you can supplement with butter or vegetable oil).

7Heat fat until hot and add rice.

8Cook rice until lightly brown, turning occasionally.

9When rice is browned: add sausage, eggs, diced green onions, and soy sauce.

10Mix well.

11Remove from heat.

12Serve immediately.

13Season individual servings with additional soy sauce if needed.
