  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 2 tablespoons Hellmann's or Best Foods Canola Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons prepared salsa low sodium
  • 4 ounces sliced deli turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese about 2 oz.

Directions

    In small bowl, combine Hellmann's(R) or Best Foods(R) Canola Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise with salsa. Evenly spread 1/2 of the mayonnaise mixture on bread. Top with turkey, then cheese.

    On baking sheet, arrange sandwiches. Broil 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with remaining mayonnaise mixture and serve immediately.
