Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef (hamburger)
  • 2 Tbsp. onion salt
  • dash of garlic powder
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna
  • 1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 lb. Mexican Velveeta cheese
  • 7 oz. can whole green chilies

Directions

    Cook lasagna according to package directions.

    Grate both cheeses.

    Cut green chilies into strips.

    Brown hamburger with onion, salt and garlic.

    Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, water, salt, sugar and oregano.

    Simmer for 10 minutes.
