Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. beef top round steak
- 1/4 c. lime juice (fresh)
- 1/4 c. bottled steak sauce
- 1/4 c. salsa (mild, medium, hot your choice)
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
- salt to taste
Directions

1Combine lime juice, steak sauce, salsa, oil, garlic and pepper in small saucepan.

2Bring to a boil; reduce heat.

3Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Cool.

5Place steak in a plastic bag or marinating container; add cooled marinade, turning to coat.

6Close bag or container and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight. Remove steak from marinade and discard marinade.

7Place steak on medium heat grill.

8Grill steak 12 to 14 minutes for rare to medium, turning once.
