  • 2 c. mashed tofu
  • 2 c. cooked brown rice
  • 1 tsp. oil
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper and onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. seasoning of your choice

Directions

    Mix thoroughly together.

    Shape into 24 balls, then roll each in wheat germ or bread crumbs.

    Place on sprayed cookie sheet and bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
