- chicken thighs (about 3 to 4 lb.)
- 5 oz. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Remove all skin from chicken.

2Put soy sauce, brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder and dry mustard in a baking pan.

3Mix ingredients with a fork, then add chicken thighs.

4Coat chicken well with soy mixture.

5While baking, turn chicken every 20 minutes.

6Bake at 325° for 2 hours.
