Soy Fried Rice

  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced
  • 1 (14 oz.) box Minute rice, cooked and cooled
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions

    Heat oil, add eggs, mixing constantly

    while breaking up with fork.

    Mix eggs, onions, rice and soy sauce.

    Blend very well and serve hot.
