- 1 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. soaked soybeans (1/2 c. dry)
- 1/2 tsp. salt

1Soak soybeans several hours or overnight in sufficient water to keep covered.

2Drain; discard water.

3(Soaked, drained soybeans may be kept in the refrigerator for a week or stored for longer periods in the freezer.

4Keep on hand for use at a moment's notice.)

5Combine all ingredients and blend until light and foamy, about half a minute.
