- 1/2 c. soybeans
- 1 1/2 c. oats
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Soak soybeans overnight.

2Combine in blender until foamy all ingredients.

3(I prefer to use chop speed with 1/2 of the water on soaked beans until fine, then blend with the other ingredients.) Bake for 6 to 8 minutes.

4These waffles rise by steam, so take a little longer.

5We prefer serving with fruit sauce.
