Bacon Tomato Cups

- 2 cups Bacon, Chopped
- 1 cup Tomato, Chopped
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 2 teaspoons Basil
- 1/4 cups Chopped Onion
- 1 can (8 Oz. Size) Flaky Biscuits
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 F.

2Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat.

3Once its crispy, place it on a paper towel lined plate to drain.

4Mix bacon with the remaining ingredientseverything except the biscuits.

5(This can be made the day before and refrigerated.)

6Spray a 12-count muffin pan with baking spray.

7Separate each biscuit into two or three layers, depending on the number of muffin cups you have.

8Flatten each layer and place into the muffin pan to form a cup.

9Fill each cup with the bacon and tomato mixture.

10Bake at 375 F for 10 12 minutes.
