Bacon Tomato Cups

  • 2 cups Bacon, Chopped
  • 1 cup Tomato, Chopped
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Basil
  • 1/4 cups Chopped Onion
  • 1 can (8 Oz. Size) Flaky Biscuits

    Preheat oven to 375 F.

    Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat.

    Once its crispy, place it on a paper towel lined plate to drain.

    Mix bacon with the remaining ingredientseverything except the biscuits.

    (This can be made the day before and refrigerated.)

    Spray a 12-count muffin pan with baking spray.

    Separate each biscuit into two or three layers, depending on the number of muffin cups you have.

    Flatten each layer and place into the muffin pan to form a cup.

    Fill each cup with the bacon and tomato mixture.
