  • 1 (3 to 4 lb.) pork loin
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. hot peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce

Directions

    Place pork loin into large baking dish. Add water and soy sauce. Garnish top of loin with salt, garlic powder, hot peppers and parsley leaves. Bake at 350° for approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Serve immediately.
