- 1 c. soaked legumes (soy beans, pinto beans)
- 1 1/4 c. rolled oats (quick cooking)
- 2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. oil (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Soak legumes 24 hours.

2(A quantity of beans may be soaked, drained and frozen ahead of time.)

3Combine all ingredients in blender.

4Blend until very fine and light.

5Bake 7 or 8 minutes on hot, sprayed waffle iron.

6Serve with pureed fresh, frozen or canned fruit, sweetened as desired.
