  • 1 c. cooked soybeans, mashed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 onion
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1/4 c. cashews, ground
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. yeast flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary and thyme or any favorite herb

Directions

    Mix well and add if needed 1/4 cup flour.

    Drop by large spoonful into sprayed frying pan or bake as a loaf in 350° oven for 1 hour.
