- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces linguine or 8 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 13 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoons butter, melted
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Brown ground beef in a skillet.

3Drain fat.

4Stir in spaghetti sauce, oregano, basil and black pepper.

5Simmer for 10 minutes.

6Combine cooked linguini, Parmesan cheese, eggs, and butter in large bowl; mix well.

7Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.

8Put 1/2 of the linguine mixture in the bottom of the baking dish; spread so it covers the bottom.

9Spread 1/2 of the cottage cheese over the noodles.

10Pour 1/2 of the sauce over the linguine and cottage cheese.

11Sprinkle 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese over first three layers.

12Repeat the four layers in the same order.

13Bake until mixture is bubbly and cheese is melted, about 25 minutes.
