  • 100 g spaghetti
  • 1 ml oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 100 g lean ground beef
  • 1 ml pepper
  • 14 onion
  • 50 ml mushrooms
  • 1 ml salt
  • 200 ml diced tomatoes
  • 1 ml basil
  • 50 ml tomato juice
  • 1 ml oregano
  • 15 ml parmesan cheese

Directions

    bring water to a boil in a large saucepan and add salt and oil.

    add spaghetti so water is always boiling.

    cook, stirring occasionally until al dente.

    drain in a colander and rinse if desired.

    serve hot with meat sauce.

    brown beef in a skillet over medium heat.

    add chopped onions and saute until onions are transparent.

    stir in mushrooms and diced tomatoes, tomato juice.

    simmer and cover for 15 minutes sir occasionally.
