- 4 medium onions, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of Tabasco
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Brown beef; set aside.

2Cook chopped onions in small amount of oil.

3Drain crumbled, cooked meat in colander.

4Mix with all ingredients in a large skillet or Dutch oven.

5Cook slowly.

6At the last, add mushrooms; mix (optional).

7Serve the plates with cooked spaghetti.

8Pour meat mixture over the spaghetti.
