Ingredients
- 7 to 10 oz. cooked spaghetti
- 1 egg
- oregano
- salt
- garlic (optional)
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. shredded cheese (Mozzarella is best)
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 lb. browned hamburger
- onion flakes
- pepper
- 1 small can mushrooms (optional)
- sliced pepperoni
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Place spaghetti in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Beat together milk and egg.

2Pour over the spaghetti.

3Drain browned hamburger and add oregano, onion flakes, salt, pepper and garlic to taste.

4Place seasoned hamburger over spaghetti.

5Place mushrooms on top of the meat and then spread spaghetti sauce over the mushrooms.

6Put a thin layer of cheese on sauce, then layer pepperoni and another layer of cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour 15 minutes covered with foil.

8Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes.

9Best to let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Can be made and refrigerated 24 hours before baking.
