  • 2 onions
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 kg beef mince
  • 2 capsicums
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 400 g tomatoes
  • 1 (500 g) jar pasta sauce
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 dash salt and pepper
  • 2 cups water

    Sautee the onion and garlic in olive oil for a few minutes.

    Brown the mince until all liquid has disappeared.

    Chop all vegetables and add to the mince along with the remaining ingredients.

    Stir and pressure cook for about 10 minutes.
