Spaghetti Carbonara Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 lbs. bacon, minced
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 12 ounce. spaghetti
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. whipping cream
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Additional Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.

2Add in bacon and cook until just beginning to brown, about 4 min.

3Add in onion and cook until onion is translucent/soft, about 4 min.

4Drain oil from skillet.

5Cook spaghetti in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender but still a little hard to bite.

6Drain well.

7Whisk Large eggs with cream and 1/4 c. Parmesan in large bowl.

8Add in spaghetti and toss to coat.

9Transfer spaghetti to skillet with bacon and onion.

10Cook over low heat until mix thickens and is heated through, stirring frequently; don't boil.

11Season with salt and pepper.

12Serve with the additional Parmesan cheese.
