- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. celery
- 16 oz. chopped canned tomatoes
- 8 oz. tomato puree
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 16 oz. cottage cheese
- 8 oz. pkg. spaghetti
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Directions

1Brown hamburger, onion and celery; drain.

2Add tomatoes and puree.

3Simmer for 20 minutes.

4Boil spaghetti and drain.

5Use same pan to melt butter.

6Add Parmesan cheese and beaten eggs and spaghetti to make crust.

7Put spaghetti mixture in a 9 x 12-inch greased pan.

8Then add cottage cheese layer.

9Put meat mixture on top of cottage cheese layer.

10Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

11Put grated Mozzarella on top and bake another 5 minutes.
