Spaghetti Casserole

  • 1/2 lb. spaghetti noodles
  • 12 oz. jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 to 4 small zucchini, sliced
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 lb. cooked ground beef, drained
  • seasoned salt

Directions

    Cook noodles; drain.

    Cook zucchini with sliced/chopped onion and about 1 tablespoon margarine.

    Add seasoned salt to taste.

    In a 9 x 12-inch casserole dish layer a couple of spoons of Ragu sauce, some noodles, cooked ground beef, Ragu sauce, zucchini mixture and cheese.

    Repeat layers, ending with cheese.

    Bake (350°) or microwave uncovered 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
