  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
  • 1/4 c. chopped stuffed olives (optional)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 4 slices process American cheese, cut in half
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Sprinkle salt, oregano and pepper over meat.

    Add bread crumbs and evaporated milk; mix well.

    Pat mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
