Spaghetti Casserole

  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1/2 lb. ground steak
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 2 canned pimentos, sliced
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Break and cook spaghetti; drain.

    Cut bacon into small pieces; cook in frying pan until crisp.

    Add steak, mushrooms and onions. Cover; cook slowly for 5 minutes.

    Combine with spaghetti.

    Add salt, oleo, tomato puree, pimentos, pepper and mustard.

    Put mixture into a 1-quart casserole dish and heat for 20 minutes in a 350° oven.
